Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in examining financial data to inform business strategies. This position involves developing financial forecasts, leading the annual budgeting process, and conducting operating and financial variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Finance liaison for Patient-Facing shared services, promoting financial transparency and insight into business drivers while clearly communicating the implications of strategic decisions.
- Assist in the monthly closing and forecasting processes to deliver accurate, data-driven insights.
- Facilitate discussions with operational stakeholders and provide clarity on financial performance across business lines.
- Collaborate with accounting teams and various business partners to analyze financial performance.
- Support the annual operational budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting for designated business lines.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to leadership to elucidate business performance and trends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a focus on analyzing financial results and assisting in budget development.
- Strong analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey results effectively to all organizational levels.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $46,000 to $74,607 annually. Individual compensation is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
