Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple public infrastructure projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Direct project phases including planning, design, construction, and finalization for:
    • Sewer system projects
    • Water supply projects
    • Stormwater management projects
    • Pump station projects
    • Water storage facility projects
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and governmental bodies.
  • Formulate and oversee project timelines, financial plans, and resource distribution strategies.
  • Guarantee adherence to applicable regulations, permits, and industry benchmarks.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project outcomes align with expectations.
  • Evaluate project risks, devise mitigation plans, and execute corrective measures as necessary.
  • Promote a culture centered on safety, quality, and ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a contractor role, specifically managing public infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sewer systems, water supply networks, stormwater management, pump stations, and water storage facilities.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the proficiency to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing various projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with public infrastructure project management software and tools.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CCM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with local and state regulations, permitting processes, and industry standards.
