Position Overview

Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc., a leader in the medical imaging sector, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior HR Technology Analyst. Our organization is committed to enhancing patient care through innovative diagnostics and therapeutic solutions.

Role Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee various HR systems, focusing on reporting, analysis, and system optimization. Your expertise will be essential in managing special projects that involve extensive data collection, streamlining processes, and recommending enhancements for data capture across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance HR systems by monitoring performance, conducting audits, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through technology.
  • Educate end users on HRIS system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and user experience through system integrations and data migrations.
  • Define and maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of systems and recommend improvements based on findings.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related inquiries, providing technical support and training to HR personnel.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations across all HR systems.
  • Create and maintain custom reports tailored to business needs.
  • Solicit feedback to optimize system effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Technology, or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with HR systems such as UKG, ADP, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in report writing using tools like Cognos or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work across multiple functional teams.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Basic knowledge of information technology and business concepts.
