Role Summary:

As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various HR systems, conducting analysis, optimizing processes, and managing special projects that require comprehensive data collection and process enhancement. Your contributions will be essential in improving data capture across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance HR systems by monitoring their performance, conducting audits, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes through technology.
  • Educate and support end users regarding HRIS system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data migrations.
  • Define and maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of systems and propose enhancements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize projects based on organizational needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related inquiries, providing technical support and training to HR personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Technology, or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with HR systems such as UKG or ADP.
  • Proficiency in report writing tools like Cognos or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functional teams.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Basic knowledge of information technology and business principles.
