The **Senior IT Business Systems Analyst for Quality Systems** plays a crucial role in supporting the operational technologies related to quality management. This position requires collaboration with IT Technology Owners, IT Infrastructure teams, and Quality departments to ensure effective operations, the introduction of new technologies, and the upkeep of existing quality systems.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily operations of Quality Technologies
  • Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system administration and upkeep
  • Develop and sustain data analytics and dashboards for Quality Technologies
  • Collect, create, and document functional and user business requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding issues, timelines, and project execution
  • Demonstrate experience in GxP validated environments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 2-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Quality Control Lab Systems, Quality Management, and Computer Systems Validation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Background in the life sciences or a related sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
