Job Opportunity

Xyon Global is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team in the Information Technology Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation, diversity, and employee satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution. They will work closely with clients, partners, and affiliates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Partner with clients for training and application to stay up-to-date with IT industry changes.
  • Generate sales activities such as meetings, conference calls, and event attendance.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and affiliates.
  • Work with key accounts to provide product and service solutions, develop new business, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven success in client management
  • 3-5 years of working in technology - mandatory
  • IT Leadership Relationships - mandatory
  • Current book of business selling into medium-large enterprise in either Arizona or Riverside CA - nice to have.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Experience prospecting at a high volume
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
