About the Role:

The Account Growth Specialist position at US Foods plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop tailored sales approaches, and deliver high-quality customer experiences that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing customer relationships and develop tailored sales strategies to capture those opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to build trust and foster long-term partnerships
- Analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales approaches and recommendations

About You:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management, business development, or sales leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the foodservice industry or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Salary:
$65,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
