About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Staffing Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan sales routes and communicate schedules with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business growth and nurture existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM as necessary.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve any site issues effectively.
