Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and managing the sales process from initial qualification to close and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new leads and develop relationships with potential customers">
  • Schedule and deliver presentations and demonstrations">
  • Manage the sales process from initial qualification to close and implementation">
  • Cold call both in the office and in the field">
  • Monitor client base growth and identify ways to improve">
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and ethical manner">
  • Maintain and increase revenue streams with assigned accounts through face-to-face visits, problem-solving, and administrative follow-up">

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, and the ability to function as an integral team member. Reliable transportation and a smart phone are also required.

Salary and Benefits

">

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000.00 per year, plus commission. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and dental insurance, as well as continuous production bonus programs and quarterly individual and group sales bonus programs.
