We're now seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving our mission to revolutionize the real estate industry.
About the JobThe Sales Development Manager will be responsible for outbound sales and partnership adoption, focusing on loan applications for our innovative Bridge Loan solution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing scalable and repeatable strategies to boost conversion from prospect to partner with lenders and agents
- Collaborating with the internal team to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners and their customers
- Meeting or exceeding monthly loan application sales targets, aiming for at least 60 loan applications per month
- Designing and executing operational and strategic initiatives to enhance top-of-funnel conversion leading to new and repeat loan applications
- Monitoring and reporting key metrics – including partnerships, leads, and loan applications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of business development or growth experience
- Current or previous real estate license or mortgage license required
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Sales-driven creative thinking to boost partner acquisition and improve the partner experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to drive C-Level conversations and maintain confidence in our services
- You're driven to exceed metrics and help partners outperform their goals
- A passion to see others succeed and a team-winning attitude
- Great communication skills, ability to provide and receive feedback and coaching
- Multitasking abilities, flexibility & adaptability to changes
- An innate ability to build trust by showcasing transparency and building relationships with team members and cross-functional teams
- A belief in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that further our commitment to making an impact, learning, putting people first, being open, and courageous
- Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & experience working with a distributed, national team
- High school or equivalent experience
