Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers, answer questions, and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contact and prospect potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by set deadlines.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to update customers on new developments.
  • Exceed established performance goals.
  • Guide customers to relevant merchandise within the store.
  • Ensure the sales floor remains organized and tidy.
  • Inform customers about promotions and opportunities.
  • Offer complementary products to boost sales.
  • Design and revise kitchen layouts for individual and corporate clients, including estimates.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use, and payment terms.
  • Support the ordering process for external suppliers, utilizing knowledge of ERP systems.
