Account Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Account Development Specialist to join Prime Time Executives at Prime Time Executives. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to design customized products and service packages that meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain and initiate relationships with assigned customer accounts throughout and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze customer needs and effectively address objections to upsell and/or cross-sell products, thereby increasing sales revenue.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all client products and services to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in regular meetings with fellow Business Development Representatives to ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager to ensure proper KPIs are being met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Sales, or related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management is preferred.
  • A professional demeanor, approachable attitude, and positive communication style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A winning attitude and ability to work collaboratively with other Business Development Representatives.
  • Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
