About the Role

Apto Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding customer and partner relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead the process of identifying, qualifying, and establishing new customer and partner relationships
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in solution selling, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals and metrics
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, identifying opportunities, and generating leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Technical understanding of customer requirements, with the ability to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs
