Soliant Education is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to provide one-on-one care for students in the Falls Church, VA area.

Job Summary

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a healthcare professional with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Health Assessments
    • Conduct thorough health assessments for assigned students to identify any health concerns or issues.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans
    • Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the student's physician and family to ensure the student's health and well-being.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments
    • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor Student Health Status
    • Monitor the student's health status and provide emergency care as needed.
  • Collaborate with Teachers and School Staff
    • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure the student's needs are met throughout the school day.
  • Maintain Accurate Medical Records
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for the student.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurses (RNs)
    • Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and practices.
    • Excellent assessment, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
    • Active Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of pediatric care principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of an RN.
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
    • Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of basic care principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
