Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Gnoshery will act as the primary leader of our organization, overseeing the comprehensive strategic vision and operational management of the establishment. This role demands a forward-thinking and motivating leader who is deeply committed to the principles of quality food service, proficient in organizational management, and devoted to cultivating a welcoming and engaging environment for patrons, staff, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Provide visionary and strategic guidance to uphold and enhance the mission, values, and objectives of The Gnoshery.
Ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality dining experience that meets the evolving needs of a diverse customer base.
Foster a culture of safety, compassion, trust, and excellence in all facets of operations.
Act as a role model for staff, exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with patrons, creating an inclusive and welcoming community.
Communicate effectively and transparently with customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on offerings and initiatives.
Engage with the broader community to build partnerships, create cohesion, and promote the establishment's mission.
Culinary Development
Collaborate with kitchen staff on the design, implementation, and evaluation of a diverse and dynamic menu that promotes optimal dining experiences.
Ensure that culinary practices and service programs are evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with current best practices in the food service industry.
Support, mentor, and motivate kitchen and service staff, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Operations and Financial Oversight
Oversee the financial health of the establishment, including developing and managing the organizational budget, ensuring sustainability and growth.
Manage daily operations and facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that support efficient and effective operations.
Work closely with the Board of Directors to align operational strategies with the long-term goals of the establishment.
Qualifications
The Gnoshery values diverse experiences and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
Minimum of five years of experience in the food service industry, with at least three years in a leadership or administrative role.
Proven track record of successful program development and operational management.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial oversight.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Authorized to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
