Job Title: Key Accounts Manager
Job Summary:
iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Key Accounts Manager to oversee a major national retail partner in the food & beverage sector. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships, driving growth, and meeting performance goals through proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key retail customers to support sales growth.
- Act as the primary liaison for all sales, procurement, and service activities.
- Lead business reviews and identify opportunities for growth and enhanced partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
- Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and competitive activity to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to support business development and optimize product strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred (MBA a plus).
- Proven experience in key account management, ideally within the food & beverage or retail sector.
- Strong analytical and CRM proficiency with an ability to drive results through data insights.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for quarterly meetings and industry events (up to 10%).
Work Setup:
- Remote position requiring reliable internet and availability during standard business hours.
