Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Key Accounts Manager to oversee a major national retail partner in the food & beverage sector. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships, driving growth, and meeting performance goals through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key retail customers to support sales growth.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all sales, procurement, and service activities.
  • Lead business reviews and identify opportunities for growth and enhanced partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and competitive activity to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to support business development and optimize product strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred (MBA a plus).
  • Proven experience in key account management, ideally within the food & beverage or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical and CRM proficiency with an ability to drive results through data insights.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for quarterly meetings and industry events (up to 10%).
