Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for executing retail distribution plans, meeting quotas, and building strong relationships with retailers and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail distribution plans to meet quotas and drive business growth
  • Liaise between brands and retailers to introduce, maintain, and grow product sales and marketing programs
  • Deliver 100% coverage of assigned retail territory according to client frequency plans
  • Communicate client information to retailers and internal departments to effectively execute programs
  • Meet and exceed quotas to drive Petalfast performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to promote and enhance customer experiences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must live in Los Angeles County
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the cannabis, CPG, food, and beverage, or wine and spirits industries
  • 1-2 years of experience with data platforms
  • Cannabis industry experience a plus
  • CRM/Hubspot experience a plus
  • Google suite recommended
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Must be 21 years or older
Physical Standards

This position requires frequent sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation. May require occasional kneeling, bending, squatting, and ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds.
