Summary

The Client Engagement Specialist is essential in delivering outstanding service to clients through multiple channels while ensuring adherence to organizational policies. This role involves providing personalized financial solutions tailored to meet the varied needs of clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with a variety of financial transactions and inquiries
  • Provide insights on new products and services based on client requirements
  • Meet or surpass service and productivity benchmarks
  • Comply with company policies and procedures consistently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure superior service delivery
  • Remain informed about industry developments and company protocols

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed

Physical Requirements

The Client Engagement Specialist should be capable of sitting, using hands, and communicating effectively. Occasional standing and walking may be necessary. Good vision is important, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds may be required.
