Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance market share in your territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
- Conduct regular travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and follow-ups.
- Participate in seasonal trade shows to promote products and services.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in agriculture and sales.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computers and smartphones for organizational tasks and communication.
- Willingness to learn and utilize Customer Relationship Management software and advanced sales techniques.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401K/Profit sharing.
