Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in our U.S. territory covering Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, distributors, and key industry players.
- Become an expert on our premium brake products and provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer data and generate reports.
- Pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 base salary, plus a commission plan for up to $130,000 in year one.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within your designated area.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and benefits to effectively promote our premium brake products.
- Salesforce Utilization: Leverage Salesforce to track customer interactions and monitor sales performance.
- Prospecting: Continuously identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Travel: Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet prospects and customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in industries such as construction, tractors, landscaping, or air conditioning parts is an advantage.
