Commercial Business Development Representative

The Manufacturing Company is seeking a dynamic Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
In this role, you will work closely with our customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, a benefits package, and professional growth and development opportunities. Our ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
