Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the CPG industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
