Your Role in Driving Impact

Choosing an enterprise workforce management solution marks the beginning of our clients' journey. Large, complex organizations increasingly utilize our extensive range of vendor services post-selection to maximize their ROI from our solutions. As we broaden our product portfolio, many clients are expanding their technological footprint to access new components of the WorkForce Suite, enhancing outcomes for both their business and employees. In this role, you will not only drive market capture for new business but also ensure our clients' success throughout their implementation, fostering growth in the value they derive from WorkForce over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend product offerings and competitive advantages, translating features and functionalities into tangible business value.
  • Leverage data to inform go-to-market strategies and marketing decisions for the products, services, and customer segments under your purview, ensuring achievement of annual booking and customer retention targets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, maintaining a thought leadership position for the products, services, and customer segments you oversee in key industries.
  • Define effective marketing tactics for reaching potential buyers, including events, media channels, and influencers.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all WorkForce materials.
  • Identify opportunities to create new resources, refine messaging, and launch campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Support vertical go-to-market initiatives with industry-specific resources and messaging.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and maintain updated competitive battlecards with relevant differentiation and industry insights.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, providing insights to sales, customer success, product management, and marketing teams through our Customer Advisory Board and Regional User Groups.
  • Create compelling and easily digestible resources for sales and presales, including training materials on products, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, and cheat sheets.
  • Develop engaging external product content such as data sheets, customer case studies, website content, blogs, eBooks, webinars, solution guides, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product or content marketing for SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in the WFM, HCM, or Payroll B2B SaaS software market is preferred.
  • Extensive background in creating innovative content, product positioning, sales tools, customer case studies, and competitive insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the enterprise software buyers' journey.
  • Proven track record of measuring, testing, and enhancing the effectiveness of product messaging and sales tools across all funnel stages.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a knack for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 5% travel may be required.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
