Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as an Inside Sales and Account Manager at AMI Strategies. As a Client Champion, you will be responsible for utilizing your industry knowledge and technology expertise to enrich the client experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfaction and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive and stakeholder-level clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales in the existing assigned client base.
  • Client Executive Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with clients via TEM NOW dashboards and QBRs to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Pre-Sales RFP Support: Provide support to sales teams during the pre-sales RFP process to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contract Management: Track and manage client contracts, including baseline reviews, renewals, and expirations.
  • High-Risk Client Support: Provide specialized support to high-risk clients to ensure their needs are met and sales growth is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Industry and Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of network, hosted voice, cloud, and mobility technologies, as well as invoice and contract management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Assertive and outgoing with excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Background in telecommunications, technology, and sales or client support.

Salary: $45,000
