As a Regional Sales Executive at Ateq Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives across the Denver, Colorado - West Coast region of the United States. This position reports directly to the Global Sales Director at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance sales strategies within the designated region.
- Lead the Military sector sales efforts, ensuring effective project management from inception to on-site delivery.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations for potential clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in marketing events and exhibitions to promote our offerings.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new product development, creating straightforward business cases to support innovation while managing risks and ensuring profitability.
- Maintain and update sales databases, generating comprehensive visit reports for management review.
- Provide leadership and support for specific projects, including tenders and proposals.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, actively participating in sales meetings to align on objectives.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the aviation industry.
- Technical knowledge of testing equipment is advantageous, particularly in Avionics and Electrical domains.
- Experience in sales with OEMs, MROs, or Airlines.
- Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial insight and excellent communication skills, with a knack for building collaborative relationships with clients.
- Willingness to work in an international setting, with flexibility for travel.
- A background in Techno-Commercial education is beneficial, although a Commercial education paired with Technical product sales experience is acceptable.
