Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and schedule front desk staff to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including activity logs, incident reports, and schedules.
  • Work closely with the front desk coordinator to fill shifts and provide support as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to new hires and front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Assist in investigations and reviews of incidents to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the on-site property manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred; college-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
  • Two to three years of business experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
  • Must be bilingual.

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) with company match. You will also receive paid holidays and time off, and may be required to attend training and other company functions.

Compensation: $22 per hour.
