Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor at AccorHotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay. You will be responsible for leading the Guest Services team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all aspects of guest service are met.
Duties and Functions:- Develop and implement effective work procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assign duties and tasks to team members, providing clear direction and guidance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and other relevant information.
- Make and confirm reservations, handle cancellations, and process payments.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay calm and composed in emergency situations, providing a role model for team members.
- Make decisions and take actions based on previous experience and good judgment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in reservations, front desk operations, and direct sales or retail trade.
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Intermediate to proficient understanding of computer systems, including Opera, GoConcierge, HotSOS, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
