This role offers a competitive compensation structure, with top performers earning between $70,000-90,000+ annually (base salary plus commission). We are in search of a talented salesperson with a background in real estate who is eager to contribute to our esteemed organization.

In this role, you will engage with and prospect owners of rental properties, aiming to demonstrate the advantages of collaborating with a professional property management firm like RPM Champion. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our unique offerings and the exceptional results we deliver. Over time, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our most remarkable customer success stories.

Key Responsibilities: Promptly respond to incoming leads and inquiries Implement outbound strategies and consistently cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders Conduct meetings to educate qualified prospects about our residential management services Assess and convert prospects into clients for our services Complete necessary documentation to onboard new properties Maintain an active and organized pipeline within our CRM, ensuring current notes and statuses are updated Acquire knowledge of our unique policies, procedures, and relevant real estate regulations Foster relationships with prospects to generate new property management opportunities Ideal Candidate Attributes: Highly responsive Excellent listening skills Clear communicator (via phone, email, and in-person) Consistent performance Quick learner Familiarity with CRM systems Preferred experience in real estate or investment A valid real estate license is required
