Job Overview

Ingleside Homes, a prominent provider of housing and healthcare services for vulnerable seniors, is in search of a dedicated full-time Property Leasing and Sales Coordinator to enhance our team. We are seeking individuals with a background in one or more of the following areas - Real Estate Leasing, Social Services, Elder Law, Sales, Assisted Living Marketing, or Admissions Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct informative tours for potential residents of Ingleside Retirement Apartments and Ingleside Assisted Living.
  • Oversee occupancy rates by fostering relationships with organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources to drive admissions to our community and Home Care services.
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with essential referral sources (e.g., Hospital/Rehabilitation Admissions) to broaden potential client outreach.
  • Generate prospective leads, arrange tours, and facilitate the sales application process for Ingleside Retirement Apartments, Ingleside Assisted Living, and Ingleside Homecare.
  • Create educational presentations that promote the community's image and reputation, ensuring it is perceived as the preferred choice for prospective residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate, apartment leasing, social services, sales, assisted living, marketing, elder law, or related fields.
  • An associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid regulations is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HUD properties is preferred.
