Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily property management tasks and supervise front desk operations.
- Ensure that cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld throughout the property.
- Prepare and manage reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain knowledge of HUD regulations and Fair Housing Laws to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate move-out inspections and manage related documentation.
- Support leasing processes and assist residents with necessary verifications.
- Ensure that lease files are accurately maintained and updated.
Financial Oversight:
- Assist in managing property finances in alignment with organizational policies.
- Ensure timely submission of purchase orders and invoices.
- Oversee the collection of tenant charges and late fees.
Facility Management:
- Support the maintenance of the property and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
- Review work orders and guide maintenance staff accordingly.
- Manage supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
- Conduct property inspections to identify and address issues.
Administrative Duties:
- Perform general office tasks and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in affordable housing management; or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- LIHTC or Advanced Housing Certification.
- Experience with HUD and/or PHFA properties.
- Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Able to work effectively with diverse populations.
