About This Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our frontline team, you will play a vital role in promoting a highly satisfied customer experience and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Promote a highly satisfied customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
    • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Update associates on current customer experience feedback, goals, and company initiatives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Train and mentor associates on policies and procedures.
    • Provide recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance.
    • Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimized coverage at the frontline and sales floor.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain and monitor cash controls, including change funds.
    • Adhere to all labor laws and meal and break period policies.
    • Audit and approve paperwork.
    • Maintain cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the frontline.
  • Merchandising and Loss Prevention
    • Execute and adhere to company directives.
    • Maintain and uphold merchandising standards within the queue-line.
    • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Other Duties
    • Promote a safe environment and report any type of safety hazard in the store.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
    • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
    • Able to work as a team member.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Able to lift heavy merchandise with or without reasonable accommodations.
    • Able to train and provide direction to others.
    • Able to run a register and handle money.
    • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.
    What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
