About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person greetings and orientations for newly admitted and transferred patients.
  • Respond to patient call lights in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Provide concierge-level service to patients and families, including wayfinding and resource navigation.
  • Assemble and maintain patient medical records and other documents.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support unit operations.
  • Identify and report any abnormal findings or changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • One year of recent, full-time patient care experience or customer service-related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
