Your Role as an Office Professional:

  • Lead Management and Call Closing: Handle inbound and outbound communications, effectively conveying the value of our services while addressing customer objections.
  • Customer and Service Professional Scheduling: Organize and manage schedules to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize daily revenue.
  • Customer Guidance and Expectation Management: Assist customers throughout their projects, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Enhancing Service Professional Efficiency: Collaborate with Service Professionals to eliminate barriers to success, monitor schedules, and communicate necessary updates.
  • Building Lasting Customer Relationships: Foster partnerships with customers by delivering exceptional experiences that exceed their expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proximity to the office location is required.
  • Strong communication and phone sales skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Experience in construction or familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
