We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sip Tequila. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Packing: Select and package orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Verify inventory against orders, print shipping labels, and receive and stage inventory from vendors.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure the safety, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the logistics process.
Requirements:
  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift loads up to 30-40 lbs. and climb ladders.
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use shipping system Shopify (training provided).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities.
