POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Campus Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas at our campus. Reporting directly to the Campus Pastor, this position is tasked with executing maintenance duties, supervising cleaning services, managing grounds teams, and liaising with external service providers. The Coordinator collaborates with staff and volunteers to maintain a welcoming and functional environment.

This is a full-time, salaried role that requires adaptability to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee custodial, landscaping, mechanical, and facility requirements
  • Maintain the integrity of buildings and grounds, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance
  • Prioritize and address service and maintenance requests efficiently
  • Manage and monitor facility budgets
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers
  • Schedule and oversee HVAC system operations
  • Conduct inspections of building conditions
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in all work areas
  • Prepare facilities for various events, including setup and breakdown
  • Provide logistical support for campus events
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the Campus Pastor
  • Enforce organizational policies and safety regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and alarm situations
  • Exemplify the core values of the organization
  • Lead the facilities volunteer team
  • Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe manner

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES:

Valid Driver's License

EXPERIENCE:

3 - 5+ years in a relevant field

JOB CLASSIFICATION:

Full-time, Salary (Exempt)

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reports to: Campus Pastor
