We are in search of an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, stationed at a designated location, you will be responsible for welcoming clients in the service area, guiding them through the check-in process, and conducting a comprehensive inspection of their vehicles to detect any windshield issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients in the service area and assist them during the check-in process.
- Conduct a thorough examination of each vehicle to identify any windshield issues.
- Educate clients about our windshield replacement services and applicable warranties.
- Coordinate windshield replacement appointments for interested clients.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions and scheduled appointments.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive starting compensation at $25 per hour plus commission.
