About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new clients are fully integrated into our services and have a clear understanding of their benefits and expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and personalized support.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Client Feedback and Retention: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a business development or account management capacity.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client feedback and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
