Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Capital Markets, Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office while monitoring the performance of money managers and providing monthly updates.
- Deliver comprehensive support to Securities Specialists, including but not limited to client market updates, new account setups and modifications, documentation approvals, wire transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital call notifications, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notifications, performance reporting, and Executive Financial Services requests.
- Establish and nurture relationships with the client base, becoming familiar with target clients for various investment products and services.
- Handle a high volume of calls, screening and prioritizing inquiries, and proactively addressing client needs.
- Depending on the business model, coordinate with the Private Banking Universe, which may include Private Bankers, Relationship Officers, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists, and/or Wealth Team members such as Advisors and Relationship Managers.
- Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior and business practices, and managing control issues with transparency.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
