Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales.
  • Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management.
  • Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM system to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $5 million, highlighting strong sales capabilities.
  • Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks, contributing to informed sales discussions.
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking.
