Industrial Sales Representative

About the Role:
WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a skilled Territory Account Manager to develop and implement a sales territory business plan to increase WEG product sales and market share in the south side of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and distributors to increase WEG product sales.
- Administer corporate contracts and negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery estimates.
- Provide product training to customers and ensure they are aware of salable features.
- Travel to customer locations and attend trade shows to promote WEG products.
- Prepare reports of business transactions and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of applicable industrial sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical motors and motor controls, as well as sales channels such as distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
