Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and develop medium to long-term sales plans.
  • Utilize cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our energy solutions and their applications in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales operations and customer relationship management.
  • Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls and assessments of customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $5 million.
  • Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.
