Job Description

Champion Petfoods is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in the global premium pet food industry, we are committed to earning pet lover trust every day so pets thrive for a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with distributors and retail accounts.
  • Perform and manage retail store coverage and service frequency.
  • Manage and control all budgets assigned to retail customers.
  • Promote a fast-moving brand's awareness, increase sales, and boost customer engagement.
  • Deliver inspired education and training to the distributor sales team, retail partners, and consumers.
Requirements
  • Outside sales experience, ideally within the pet specialty industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Must handle, manage and overcome objections encountered within the sales process.
  • Teamwork focused in a remote work environment with a bias for action.
  • Proven experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM program.
