At Own, we're seeking a seasoned leader to drive growth and success in our Federal Vertical. As Regional Vice President, Federal, you'll play a critical role in executing our Federal Sales Program and maximizing adoption of our platform within the State and Local market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Federal Vertical.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for the public sector sales plan.
  • Lead a team of Federal reps across North America, providing guidance and support to drive revenue growth and team development.
  • Work closely with Channel partners to drive revenue and growth, and establish a regional presence for the Own Brand in DMV and Fed Markets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years in first-line leadership.
  • At least 15 years of closing roles in SaaS sales through a two-tiered channel ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives in the Public Sector.
  • Strong management and communication skills, with expertise in contracts like GSA and NASA SEWP.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
