Job Summary

Gordian is seeking a highly motivated and independent Federal Account Manager to join our team in the Southwest region of the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing support, training, and product services to clients in this geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Job Order Contracting product and support services to Federal entities
  • Provide support on specific projects including scope development, and price proposal review
  • Perform material take-offs from plans/specs as well as create and review detailed construction line-item estimates/proposals
  • Manage construction projects through various phases of the project as the owner's representative
  • Assist in developing unit prices for construction tasks
  • Train client's project managers and contractors in Job Order Contracting procedures
  • Available to travel up to 40%
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction procurement related experience
  • High level of analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Results driven, organized, self-motivated, and a strong desire to grow with our firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communications skills
