Federal Account Manager

Gordian is seeking a highly motivated and independent Federal Account Manager to join our team in the Southwest region of the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing support, training, and product services to clients in this geographic area.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Job Order Contracting product and support services to Federal entities
- Provide support on specific projects including scope development, and price proposal review
- Perform material take-offs from plans/specs as well as create and review detailed construction line-item estimates/proposals
- Manage construction projects through various phases of the project as the owner's representative
- Assist in developing unit prices for construction tasks
- Train client's project managers and contractors in Job Order Contracting procedures
- Available to travel up to 40%
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- 5+ years of construction procurement related experience
- High level of analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Results driven, organized, self-motivated, and a strong desire to grow with our firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communications skills
