About the Role:

  • Lead the development of hardscape sales territories through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs.
  • Utilize customized business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and identify competitive advantages.
  • Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc.
  • Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance, branding, and user experience.
  • Research and share innovative product placement examples.
  • Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader.

Requirements:

  • Strong and ambitious work ethic.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry.
  • Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events, and building customer relations.
  • Valid passport for travel to Canada for training/meetings.
