City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive. In this role, you will focus on generating new business in a highly productive, B2B sales environment. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This position involves fieldwork across a wide territory. If you excel at listening, asking the right questions, and building lasting customer relationships while emphasizing value over price, consider a future with City Wide.

City Wide provides a competitive base salary with significant commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential leads for janitorial and maintenance contracts through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to secure appointments.
  2. Close sales by establishing rapport with prospects and effectively addressing their concerns.
  3. Conduct building assessments and present tailored proposals.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the building maintenance sector and provide accurate pricing.
  5. Keep precise and current records of each prospect in the CRM system.
  6. Develop customized sales presentations based on the unique needs of each prospect.
  7. Build relationships with property managers and key members of industry associations.
  8. Represent City Wide at various industry events and functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. You are a proactive hunter who understands the activities necessary to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Dynamic and outgoing personality.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Ability to accurately calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins for effective bidding.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  3. Metrics-driven and organized, with a strong desire to succeed.
  4. Capable of collaborating with diverse personality types in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple tasks involving various skills and technologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Base salary starting at $60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, with expected total earnings nearing $100,000 in the first year.
  2. Health care plan available from the first month.
