City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive. In this role, you will focus on generating new business in a highly productive B2B sales environment. You will manage the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals. This position involves fieldwork across a wide territory. If you excel at listening, questioning, and building lasting customer relationships while prioritizing value over price, City Wide could be the right fit for you.

We offer a competitive base salary along with unlimited commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue leads for new janitorial and maintenance contracts through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  2. Close sales by establishing rapport with potential clients and addressing their concerns.
  3. Conduct building assessments and present tailored proposals.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the building maintenance sector and provide accurate pricing.
  5. Keep detailed records of prospects in our CRM system.
  6. Customize sales presentations based on the unique needs of each prospect.
  7. Build relationships with property managers and industry association members.
  8. Represent City Wide at various public events.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. You are a proactive sales hunter with a clear understanding of the activities required to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Dynamic and outgoing personality.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Ability to accurately calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins for effective bidding.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  3. Organized and metrics-driven, with a strong competitive spirit.
  4. Capability to work with diverse personalities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks involving various skills and technologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Base salary starting at $60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, with an expected total compensation nearing $100,000 in the first year.
