Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leading hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide training and resources to dealer teams to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc
  • Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors
  • Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms
  • Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader

Requirements

  • Strong and ambitious work ethic
  • Positive 'can-do' energized attitude
  • Post-secondary education
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing)
  • Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events, and building customer relations
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings

Working Conditions

This is a home office-based position with daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Overnight travel is expected for sales and training purposes.
