Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at AbbVie. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed on those objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, brand KPIs, and financial objectives.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including health providers and disease state experts.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical, and sales expertise.
  • Brand Strategy: Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent. Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
