You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This position involves fieldwork across a broad territory. Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential leads for new janitorial and maintenance contracts through proactive outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) to secure appointments; articulate the services offered.
- Close sales by establishing rapport with prospects and addressing their concerns.
- Conduct building assessments and present tailored proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the building maintenance sector and provide accurate pricing.
- Keep detailed and current records of each prospect in the CRM system.
- Customize sales presentations and ideas based on the specific needs of prospects.
- Build relationships with property managers and key members of industry associations.
- Represent City Wide at various public events.
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- You are a proactive hunter who understands the activities required to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality.
- Ability to accurately calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins for effective bidding.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Metrics-driven and organized, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Capable of collaborating with diverse personality types in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing various tasks.
- Base salary starting at $60,000+ per year, plus commissions and bonuses, with an expected total compensation nearing $100,000 in the first year.
