You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This position involves fieldwork across a broad territory. City Wide provides a competitive base salary with unlimited commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential leads for new janitorial and maintenance contracts through proactive outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) to secure appointments; articulate the services offered.
  2. Close sales by establishing rapport with prospects and addressing their concerns.
  3. Conduct building assessments and present tailored proposals.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the building maintenance sector and provide accurate pricing.
  5. Keep detailed and current records of each prospect in the CRM system.
  6. Customize sales presentations and ideas based on the specific needs of prospects.
  7. Build relationships with property managers and key members of industry associations.
  8. Represent City Wide at various public events.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  2. You are a proactive hunter who understands the activities required to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Outgoing and dynamic personality.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Ability to accurately calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins for effective bidding.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  3. Metrics-driven and organized, with a strong desire to succeed.
  4. Capable of collaborating with diverse personality types in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing various tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Base salary starting at $60,000+ per year, plus commissions and bonuses, with an expected total compensation nearing $100,000 in the first year.
